“Dig Pink” Volleyball vs. Trinity Christian College

Our #14 nationally ranked Olivet Nazarene University women's volleyball program is hosting their annual "Dig Pink" match in McHie Arena as they take on Trinity Christian College.
The match is a breast cancer rally that aims to raise money and awareness for the most common cancer in American women. T-shirts will be sold to students, faculty and staff the week before the match in Ludwig Center for $10.
Before, during and after the volleyball match, there also will be a silent auction with gifts from various local businesses as well as an autographed baseball by Alfonzo Soriano and an autographed Chicago Bears Authentic Helmet given & signed by Alex Brown, Matt Forte, Charles Tillman, Danieal Manning, and other members of the Chicago Bears!
Admission (donation) to the match is $1.00 if you wear pink.
ALL proceeds from t-shirts, auction, and admission go toward breast cancer awareness.
You can also donate online at https://www.side-out.org/application/teams/team_page/1360 by using a credit card. You will get a tax donation receipt if you do this from the Side Out organization.
Dr. Seuss Reading

Come out to the College Church CLC from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. to enjoy baked treats, Dr. Seuss readings by your favorite professors, and more free fun.

Jazz for Habitat

The 3rd Annual Jazz for Habitat concert will be Thursday, October 22 at 8 p.m. at Paramount Theatre in Kankakee. The doors will open at 7 p.m. Tickets are $10 in advance or $15 at the door. Haunted Planetarium
A community favorite is back! Visit the planetarium for a spook-tacular presentation that includes a virtual trip through a haunted castle and a wild ride on a space coaster. Show time is approximately 25 minutes and is appropriate for all ages. The cost is free for everyone, though seating at each show is limited to 50.
